Early Application Process

University Cooperative’s Early Application contains the same components as the Standard Application; however, it has different timelines and commitment dates.

Eligability

The early application process is open to:

  • the biological, adopted, or stepchild of a current University Cooperative School employee

  • the biological, adopted, or stepchild of a current University Cooperative School custodial parent or guardian

  • the biological, adopted, or step-sibling of an alumnus who has graduated from University Cooperative School.

Families applying through the early timeline will commit to an invitation in February 2026.

You will use it to:

  • Submit your application and supplemental materials

  • Check the status of your application

  • View your admission decision

The Application

Required Components

  • Complete Preliminary Application and waiver code via Ravenna by November 14, 2025 at noon

  • Submit Parent/Guardian Statement

  • Delegate a Teacher Evaluation Form to one current teacher via Ravenna

  • Submit Request for Records to your current school (applicants to grades 1-5 only)

Optional Components

  • Submit Financial Aid Application via Clarity no later than February 5, 2026

  • Test Scores
