University Cooperative School is a progressive, community-oriented Pre-K through 5th Grade elementary school in Seattle’s North University District. Since 1975, we have valued children and celebrated childhood – that wonderfully rambunctious journey of a lifetime.
We meet children where they are, offering challenges without rushing. Children leave University Cooperative School as confident speakers and thinkers, builders and social justice advocates, bike riders and skiers, artists and learners.
