Molly Caruso

Molly has loved U Co-op since she first set eyes on it back in 2013 and is excited to rejoin the

caring community that enveloped her, her spouse LJ, and their children, Luella (class of 2019)

and Giovanni (class of 2021) during their elementary days. While at the school, she held parent

jobs ranging from Animal Care Coordinator to Board Treasurer and was lucky to participate in

many of the school’s trips and adventures. She even got to come in with her certified therapy

dog, Sally, and read with students in the 3-5 pod.

Originally from Colorado, Molly came to Seattle to attend UW where she received a degree in

International Studies from the Jackson School. She spent the next decade or so pursuing her

love of travel and exploring other cultures, funding this lifestyle mainly through stints in the

service and finance industry. Her work history is varied and colorful. Currently, she manages the

office for LJ’s landscape/stonework business.

Molly’s interests include travel, sewing, animals, learning, brain science, mental health, eating

tasty foods with friends, being outdoors in nature, and being indoors on the couch her family

and pets. Molly is an open-minded connector who is excited to share her enthusiasm and skills

with U Co-op as it grows into this next phase of its existence.
