The health and safety of our community is our top priority. We are closely adhering to all Department of Health (DOH) and state OSPI guidelines for reopening of school. The pillars of our safe return to school consist of masking, stringent cleaning and hygiene practices, social distancing, health screening, staying home with symptoms, and testing. In addition, we have established separate class level cohort groups with two consistent teachers (student to teacher ratio is 8:1). There is no mixing among cohort groups. All in-person learning this fall is taking place outdoors. Students participate in afternoon arts classes from home over Zoom. Families have the option to continue distance learning from home.
