Community Service

Community service is a standard curriculum component at UCoop.  Regular activities include weekly visits to a neighborhood senior residence to share activities with our older neighbors.  Students also take turns working at the area food-bank.  Throughout the year other individual opportunities occur to conduct community service.   Some past examples have included street cleanup, Ravenna Park restoration project, and cooking holiday meals for needy families.
